Inspire change wellness words jewelry challenge…yup that’s quite a mouthful. The hostess, Tracy Statler (makebraceletsblog.com) proposed this challenge and I enjoy a good challenge. Especially a challenge that does not have too many rules or regulations.
I am never certain what will inspire me or where my creativity and imagination may go.
Tracy’s suggested guideline:
“Choose an inspirational word or phrase in an area of your life where you want to make positive change.
Make sure your words truly represent something you want to work on.
Don’t choose a word because it looks good, is popular right now or someone else thinks you should choose it.
These are the six categories of wellness that people generally want to make changes in:
Physical, Emotional, Occupational, Spiritual, Intellectual and Social.
Your words can represent any of these areas.”
I thought long and hard about selecting a word for myself . It fits all categories.
My word: ease…(It’s both a noun and a verb.)

What a good word and perfect with a heart in the middle.
That is a beautiful necklace. I love the simplicity of it. The heart charm is a perfect compliment and those letter charms are gorgeous.
That is a great word and I love that you provided all the synonyms. They all work for me! The charms make so much sense on the ball chain and too cute mixed with the heart. Thanks for much for joining me in the challenge!

I love your word and the simplicity of the jewelry! Easy to wear, uncomplicated, relaxed. I can see you took care to make sure that came across with *ease*.
I absolutely love your word choice for 2013! It is so different than any I have read about thus far, and I just love it. It can be taken many different ways, but I like to think of it as giving yourself a break and having some peace of mind. Your necklace is really pretty and is just perfect on the ball chain! 🙂
What a great word! I love the simplicity of this design. It is something that would be easy to wear every day as a talisman for you to follow this word for the year. Thanks for sharing. Enjoy the day. Erin
