This isn’t yo mama’s macrame from the 70’s. The updated version consists of using very fine cord for micro macrame knotting. This bracelet features a bright and delicate specialty button for the center piece, with neutral tan cord for the base. I love making these micro macrame bracelets because there are so many options for color combinations. It’s the perfect pastime for a color and fiber addict. Besides, a mama bird had decided to nest in my exhaust fan in my lampwork glass studio. I don’t have it in me to switch that fan on until the nest is empty and abandoned. It’s been a busy spring here in the desert.
